Walking distance from Hillsborough River, this charming house beckons with its perfect blend of space & comfort. Tailored for large groups, the house accommodates 10 guests with ease. Experience a naturally lit open layout, highlighted with tasteful decor and cozy furnishings. The well-appointed kitchen caters to culinary delights, and the outdoor grill is ready for al fresco feasts. Come savor the river breeze or take a dip in the refreshing pool.
Your space includes the whole main house and all exterior areas. There may be other guests in the in-law suite. Please be kind to the in-law suite guests if there are any parking issues. There's plenty of space, and guests of different groups should not block other cars in. Always use your discretion when parking to allow other guests to leave.
Just a quick note to let you know that lawn care, pool maintenance, and trash valet services may stop by during your stay to help keep the property in great shape. They won’t need access to the inside of the home and will be as quick and unobtrusive as possible. Thanks so much for your understanding!

-Guests are welcome to use the grill and propane is provided. In order to keep our cleaning cost down, we do ask guests to clean the grill after every use. A $50 extra cleaning fee may apply if the grill is left dirty.
-Internet must remain connected. We have various monitoring (non-recording) smart home devices (i.e Smart Door Locks) to facilitate remote services via the internet (i.e updating your entry code to allow early check-in). Guests are asked not to disconnect any of our smart home devices. There is a $200 Device Reconnection fee for each disconnected device.
-Pets are welcome! We have a one-time $100 pet fee. A pet fee will be charged even if the pet(s) are not correctly added as guests.
--Please pick up after your animals. An extra cleaning fee will be charged if we must pick up animal waste around the property. You are responsible for your animal's actions and damages. If an extra cleaning is needed, you will be charged for the additional amount. If your pet is used to being on the sofa or bed, please provide protections to place on top of them.
